The difference between Asiatic lilies and oriental lilies lies in the subtle physical differences and in their different seasons.  Asiatic lilies are hearty lilies that bloom in the springtime and generally come from Central and Western Asia.  Asiatic lilies are usually fragrance-free and are available in a wide range of colors.

For a more colorful arrangement suitable for weddings or other events, combine different colored lilies or mix lilies with vibrant gerbera daisies or colored roses.  For a spring bouquet, consider creating a pastel arrangement with pink lilies, orange lilies and yellow lilies.
